SHIPPING POLICY — Steel Glass and Style

Production & Lead Time All barn doors are custom-made to order. Production time is 2–4 weeks from the date of confirmed payment. You will receive an email confirmation with your estimated ship date once your order is in production.

Shipping Area We currently ship within the United States. Local delivery and pickup may be available in Utah — contact us at kennethlang@STEELGLASSANDSTYLECUSTOM.COM to arrange.

Shipping Method & Carriers Due to the size and weight of our doors, all orders are shipped via freight carrier (LTL). Delivery is curbside unless white-glove delivery is arranged in advance at an additional cost. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframe Transit time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–5 weeks.

Damaged Shipments Inspect your order upon delivery before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations Because every door is built to your specifications, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications.

Lost or Delayed Shipments We are not responsible for delays caused by the freight carrier. If your shipment is delayed beyond 10 business days from the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
